How to Maintain Certification

All NAMACB certifications must be maintained through continuing education (PACE) and paying your Certification Renewal Dues. Board Certified Professionals must pay their $50 Certification Renewal dues each year by their Certification Date and complete 30 credits of continuing education every 2-year continuing education cycle. This includes 28 credits of continuing education courses and 2 credits from the Ethics Quiz. The certification dues for NAMA Professional Members is bundled in their annual dues.

All certified professionals must read and abide by the standards set by the NAMACB in the Certification Handbook and the Code of Ethics.

All board-certified professionals are on the same 2-year continuing education cycle. The current 2024 - 2026 cycle runs from February 1, 2024 - January 31, 2026. Please see the options below on how you can fulfill your continuing education requirements.
